Italian Pasta has become quite popular in our home cooking list these days. This dish is quite easy to make and healthy too. Today’s recipe is a delicious dish made with large shell pasta and spinach with lots of cheese. Each step of the recipe is very easy to follow, so anyone can make it at home.
Preparation: First gather all the ingredients at hand. Keep vegetables, cheeses, and other condiments separate by size so they don’t get in the way during cooking. 2. Pan Preparation and Saute Vegetables: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add 1 tablespoon of garlic and 2 tablespoons of onion. When the garlic-onion turns light brown, add 3 cups of chopped spinach. Stir well and when the spinach is cooked and dry, keep it aside.
Boiling Pasta: Now in a separate pot add enough water and add some salt. When the water boils, add 15-16 large shell pastas. When the pasta is 80 percent cooked, remove it with a spoon.
To make the filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 egg, and a generous amount of Italian herbs. Stir well to make a smooth mixture. This mixture will be used as your pasta filling.
Pre-heating the oven: To bake the pasta, first pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees. The oven will be ready to use when the pre-heating is finished.
Baking dish preparation: Pour 250g pasta sauce into a baking dish and spread. This sauce will serve as a base under the pasta to add extra flavor.
Shell pasta filling: Now fill each shell pasta with prepared cheese and spinach filling. When each shell is filled, arrange in a layer in the baking dish. Read More: Heart attack or cardiac arrest, how to understand

Then take it out of the oven. 10. Serve: Serve piping hot Italian shell pasta. You can serve it with salad or bread sticks if you want. It can be enjoyed as a lunch or evening snack.
